New Mobility Wheelchair Controller at PML FlightLink

PML FlightLink Ltd, the leading manufacturer of joysticks and motors, announces the launch of an entirely new mobility product. Using expertise and proven PML FlightLink technology, a powerful new wheelchair controller, the Neo, has been developed.

Neo differs greatly from conventional wheelchair controllers as it has been designed to be small and truly stylish with an extremely high technical specification, offering unique functions and features to its users. Neo consists of only the best components and incorporates the latest high-tech joystick from PML FlightLink which has been developed especially for the Neo.

The users of Neo will benefit from 5 auto-step speeds which are represented visually by a coloured speed display. When the wheelchair is slowing, a soft stop option is available to prevent an abrupt halt. Flexibility is a key attribute of Neo, with a choice of integral or flying lead options, stand alone programming or PC programming options. Neo also includes onboard diagnostics and a full system display.

As part of Neo's development, rigorous tests were undertaken worldwide to match customers' high expectations for safety, performance and durability. Neo can be used as a drop-in replacement for any wheelchair controller and can be mounted in-line or to the left or right hand side of wheelchairs.
